With our safety concept we guarantee unclouded skiing pleasure in the 2021/22 season!

Distance

Skiing is an outdoor sport and the risk of infection is therefore generally very low. We will maintain the protective distance everywhere as best as possible, decentralize assembly points and minimize all personal contact points.

Mouth and nose protection

In the office and rental of the ski school & snowboard school Snow Experts we ask to wear a mouth and nose protection. Also, only 5 guests at a time are allowed to enter the office. Here applies: Admission only family-wise or only persons arriving together. Hand disinfection facilities are mandatory. Our sales areas in the ski school office are equipped with plexiglass windows. "Buffs" (ski scarves) in Ski School & Snowboard School Snow Experts design, which serve as mouth and nose protection, can be purchased in our office. These masks ensure safe lift use and carefree entry into the catering area.

Online store

Please use our online booking service. Book comfortably from home and your documents will be prepared at our office, saving you time and minimizing contact. All online bookers are guaranteed free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the course.

Ski race and guest winner ceremony

Our guest ski races will continue to take place weekly without any restrictions. The start intervals will be extended somewhat to avoid any congestion in the start and finish areas. All award ceremonies will be held exclusively outdoors and within groups.

Guests with symptoms of illness

It should be considered a matter of course that guests with symptoms of illness can not participate in the ski school program. We ask for your understanding on this point, only in this way we can all protect each other.

Private lessons

Private lessons offer the greatest possible security and are offered for groups of up to 5 people, prerequisite is the same/similar level. Free cancellation guarantee until 48h before the start of the course.

Employee security

The safety and health of our ski school team is of utmost importance to us. In addition to correct instructions and rules of conduct, we ensure good accommodation and working conditions and carry out tests according to the system and the slightest suspicion.

Free of charge 24h - cancellation

All courses booked online can be canceled free of charge and without giving reasons up to 24 hours before the start of the course. You can book your desired course in advance without hesitation and cancel at any time at short notice. Otherwise, the regular cancellation conditions of the ski school & snowboard school Snow Experts apply.

Segregation with symptoms

If symptoms occur in ski course children, they are immediately separated from the rest of the group. Parents must ensure that they are available at all times to pick up their child as soon as possible. We will comply with all legal requirements and take all reasonable precautions to ensure that you and your family have carefree ski days and the greatest possible learning success in our groups or private lessons!
